Some things take time because they are being prepared for the right season. There is something I believe God wants to remind us of in this season: Do not mistake delay for denial. There are things you prayed about years ago that have not happened yet. There are ideas you wrote down, books you started, dreams you carried, doors you expected to open, and promises you thought would have manifested by now. But what if the passage of time did not cancel the promise? What if God was simply working beyond what you could see? I know this personally. There are books I wrote as far back as 2022 that were intended to be published, yet they remained unpublished. For a while, I could have interpreted that as failure, frustration, or lost momentum. But I have come to see it differently. A delayed release does not mean a discarded assignment. Sometimes God gives you the vision before He gives you the voice for it. Sometimes He gives you the manuscript before He gives you the moment. And sometimes He allows you to sit with the vision long enough for you to become the person who can carry it well. Ecclesiastes 3:1 reminds us: “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” That means timing matters. You may have been ready in 2022, but perhaps the audience was not. Perhaps the environment was not. Perhaps the opportunity was not. Perhaps you were still becoming. The pause had purpose. I have learned that God can use silence to develop depth. He can use closed doors to redirect us. He can use waiting to strengthen our faith. He can use unexpected seasons to refine our priorities. And He can take something that looked like a setback and use it as preparation for the next chapter. So if you are reading this and thinking, “I should have been further by now,” take a breath. You are not required to compare your timeline with someone else’s. Your assignment has its own timing. Your story has its own rhythm. Your becoming has its own process. And what God has placed inside you does not become irrelevant simply because it has taken longer than expected. Maybe it is time to pick it up again. The book. The business. The dream. The idea. The application. The conversation. The vision. The thing you stopped talking about because too much time had passed. Perhaps this is your reminder: It is not too late to begin again. The manuscript can be revisited. The vision can be refined. The dream can be repositioned. The chapter can be rewritten. And the story can continue. Because God is not intimidated by the years between the promise and the fulfillment. You can enter this season differently. You are not rushed. You are not forced. You are not measuring your progress by someone else’s calendar. you are preparing. You are writing. You are building. You are listening. And you are trusting the timing of God. Because when the right season comes, you will be ready. What was delayed can still be released. What was quiet can speak again. What was written can still be read. And what God began can still have purpose. The season may have changed. But the assignment did not. Devotionally Yours, Sharna Author, Speaker & Devotional Writer 30 Days in the Word Daily Devotional

Every part of our flesh is obedient to the spirit. Persistance, consistency, and determination are all based on our subconscious mind. Our action arises out of our thoughts. We cannot do anything without a thought. As a man think so is he. We do things based on our thoughts good or bad . Persistance is is a choice derived from our subconscious mind based on pass experience and our vision of the future endeavors which we have developed a passion for because of the level of excitement based on what we see in our mind eyes . Because of all of what we at finish we begin to start it. Out of what we see we beco.e passionate, confident, consistent, and persistent of our dream ,vision and goals. Always begin with the end in mind because if you can see it, believe it , you can build it passionately, by engaging in consistent actions

Sharna, this was a timely reminder and encouragement. Delay definitely does not abort the assignment. God's timing is always perfect and comparison can be the thief of joy. We all have unique gifts, visions and assignments. As long as we are alive, the assignment, whether a book, a business, or even meeting your forever love it's coming we just have to exercise patience. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.
